First interview went great, I was a little nervous because I wasn't expecting the types of questions that was asked but when I started to relax and my nerves calmed down it got a little easier and better. So overall it was good for me because it gave me the opportunity to learn and how to handle hard and tough interviews. The overall I experience was a challenge but it was worth it in the end.

This process was smooth, both phone and in person. The District MGR was good at his interviewing process and as a young MGR and only in his first major role as a MGR, he is well off to a good start, and as for me, who has been in this for years. We can learn and teach each other. ONLY if the company itself is willing to change.
