The recruiter was very friendly and helpful. The DOR was very responsive as well and called in a timely fashion. Had a phone interview and was offered the job on the spot.
Gave lots of information to help me make my decision. The benefits package is great. Pto is something not offered at my current position and very important to me when starting a family.

Submitted onboarding, interviewed and started immediately without training. It was sink or swim. Minimal questions were asked. Minimal job duties were explained and since I covered evenings and weekends, there was minimal support for questions.
