Recruiter reach out on LinkedIn and had a phone interview.
Quick call with SRE team that seemed to go well.
Had a longer call with SRE team that again seemed to go well and during received positive feedback. I received a rejection email several days later. This was very confusing as the interviews seemed to go well and I seemed to meet the skills they were looking for in the job description. I reached out to the recruiter for feedback and did receive a response which was much appreciated. They were looking for someone with more powershell experience.

The interview process was very smooth and quick. The recruiter communicated very efficiently at every step of the process. And he was also well prepared with material for the candidate.
