A recruiter screen followed by and an interview with the hiring manager and analyst. It was a terrible experience. I would have expected a white glove experience for an HR role, but the coordinator scheduled my interview incorrectly, and took several weeks to get it on the calendar. The analyst was unprofessional; slouched in their chair the entire interview, and would rather be anywhere other than the interview. On top of it, the recruiter couldn't even call me to tell me they were not moving forward. I found out the role was filled on LinkedIn.
