J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez HealthEngine(Australia) (Perth, Australie-Occidentale) en oct. 2021
Entretien
There were 4 steps in the interview process.
1. HackerRank problem solving test:
That interview included an analytical question and a small problem to solve. The tricky part was to pass all the tests within the given time constraint. I had passed 13 out of 14 tests then had to modify my code just in time to pass all the 14 tests. The overall time allocated was 1 hour and it was a do on your own time test while your webcam had to be on to ensure that the applicant is solving the problems.
2. Technical interview with the manager:
I was given a small android app which I had to modify according to the questionnaire. There were 4 tests then had to write some unit tests. Overall the process was a good experience and I managed to solve most of the tasks. The hiring manager was also helpful and supportive throughout the interview.
3. Value fit interview:
The purpose of the interview was to get to know me, the applicant, more to see if I will fit in to their culture and vice versa. Overall I enjoyed the conversation and the questions with the 2 guys. Also learned a bit more about their workplace and culture. I though that step also helped me to learn a little more about HealthEngine and was a good experience.
4. Interview with the CEO:
The final interview was a one to one session of 30 minutes with the CEO of the company. The idea behind that interview was to get some exposure with the CEO, who is by the way a very approachable and friendly person. I also enjoyed talking to him about my plans, enthusiasm about my work and hobbies. Overall, a very good experience.
