Applied through LinkedIn and got emails and message on LinkedIn for interview. I did a phone call conversation and they asked for my skills but as soon as they said they were offering $19 an hour while receiving other offers with starting $30+ hour same position (some biotech companies in beaverton). This is taking advantage of recent grads, as lab experience is treated as industry experience especially if you did outside of class and as research. In the end I found a better paying job.
