Was contacted by email to come in for an interview. Lasted about a half hour and they were very friendly and open to any questions. They discussed what the job will require, the hours, and benefits available if offered a position.

Formal interview asked a lot about experience in the field, goals for myself and with the company. Explained what would be asked of me in this position. Explained all benefits, salary, working parameters thoroughly.
