I was pretty disappointed by the phone interview with the recruiter. He indicated he had 20-25 minutes to talk, ask, and answer questions. When it was my turn to ask questions at the end, it seemed like he was annoyed and trying to rush me off the phone, but it had only been 15-17 minutes. If he already knew I wasn't a good match for the position - okay, no big deal. But at least respectfully give me 20 minutes as promised. While I realize this was only one person, it was my only experience with the organization and the arrogance & male superiority turned me off from further applying here.
