They called for a preliminary phone interview. If you seem to be a good fit after that, they will bring you in for an in-person interview. At the interview, you will take two tests. A peek test and a wonderlic test. Feel free to research what they are about so that you are not blind sided when you walk in. The peek test is administered in hopes that it will help your supervisor better manage you as they will have a better understanding of your personality.
