It was worst experience with Genpact headstrong. It's started with first round as Client interview. I got call from US and interview was cleared. Then recruiter asked me to come on weekdays for interview with Manager. Interview got cleared then HR recruiter asked me to share my all the documents. I shared all the documents then salary discussion started with the HR. Finally discussion closed with a amount and HR asked me to wait for offer letter. Finally HR said there is still discussion with the client is going on for the position. Finally they didn't released the offer letter.
