Interview went smoothly with recruiter, made it seem like I would be moving forward in the interview process. After waiting and sending follow up emails, the response was they're waiting for the CEO to coordinate an interview. Then, after a month of waiting for a response, I get an email saying they will not be moving forward. Instead of communicating that with me in the beginning, they had me wait for a month just to say they won't be moving forward.
