Hey there, I wanted to reach out and respond to your review, firstly to extend our apology that you had a negative experience, we totally understand why this turn of events resulted in you feeling this way. Secondly to explain that this is a rarity and sadly due to the pandemic the entire team was on furlough on various days of the week which resulted in us dropping the ball and not following up with you as we normally would to complete the communication of the interview process.
