Zunächst hat sich die Personalabteilung vorgestellt, anschließend durfte ich mich vorstellen. Danach wurden typische Fragen gestellt. Ich wurde auch nach meinen Gehaltsvorstellungen gefragt, woraufhin mir mitgeteilt wurde, wie viel Gehalt tatsächlich vorgesehen ist. Am Ende wurde mir gesagt, dass man sich bei mir melden wird.

Question 1
Im Vorstellungsgespräch sollte ich zunächst das Unternehmen und meine künftigen Aufgaben aus meiner Sicht beschreiben. Danach wurden meine Stärken und Schwächen thematisiert. Es folgte die Nachfrage zu meinen Gehaltsvorstellungen, woraufhin mir das tatsächlich vorgesehene Gehalt mitgeteilt wurde. Am Ende des Gesprächs wurde mir gesagt, dass man sich bei mir melden wird.
It was a good process. fairly straight forward to understand and the people were friendly and clear. asked general questions like why the firm, why recruitment, tell us about yourself etc.

Duas etapas: entrevista inicial com recrutadora da Consultoria Hays, em seguida entrevista com recrutadoras do cliente.
A consultoria não retornou com o feedback final, o que ocasionou frustração.
É importante que os feedbacks finais sejam passados aos candidatos.

Sobre a minha experiência com recrutamento e seleção.
Teams call. Then they invite you into the office, tell you about the company. Tell you how they value DEI and other initiatives they do then Q&A with a director, then 3 role plays. The process is not difficult but it isn't a real interview they hold them to test the market and see what the candidate market is like. They might also do them to keep their existing recruiters on their toes and maybe also to just collect data.
