4 stages of interview, telephone, 1 on 1, group interview with role plays and the final stage was meeting with the director of Oxford where I had applied to work.

Loads of different questions. one for example was why do you want to work in recruitment?
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
