Initially I received a telephone, and discussed aspects of my CV. I then had a detailed telephone interview the following week. I was invited into branch for a face to face interview with senior management, and the was successful and had to undertake an assessment day in Birmingham. Following this I had a final interview with my line manager, and had a day in the office, before being offered the job.
