Very structured! More of a simulation on real life scenario of how you are going to act when recruiting a candidate or dealing with a client. It was actually fun and also very eye opening. Not your usual type of interview on why do you want the job etc but rather how fast can u think on your feet.

Quick background about yourself. What did you previously do and where you are from.
It was a gladiator style fight to death where you are paired against others to either come out victorious with a crappy offer or just get booted. They do a good job of hyping you through the process, which end to end can take up to 8 rounds.

Entretien
Phone screening call with their internal TA.
Then a face-to-face interview at their office in ICC. A meeting with the business manager individually, followed by another meeting with one of their associate directors.
Typical British style, no-BS, business driven style of interview.
