A phone interview, a virtual and then in person. Great environment and culture. They ask questions that pertain to you and your personality before asking about relevant experience. Easy going process.

Intense and long process but enjoyable! Took a tour of the building, then was interviewed by 2 different groups of people. Interview questions were fair and normal, nothing unexpected. They wanted to know if I had experience with sales related tasks like calling, and asked what would make me stand out compared to other consultants. Definitely come prepared and well dressed.
