I had a screening interview about 10 days after I applied on their website and had an in-person four days later. I interviewed with two sets of two people in one day due to people being out of the office for various reasons. The interview seemed to go well. My experience matched what they were looking for. Many of the skills they were looking for I had just been doing in my previous position. After the interview, there was no communication. Completely ghosted. Oddly, the posting for that position is still on all of the job boards since then.
