The interview process started with a review of my resume. Then I did a test project for the hiring manager. Then there was a phone interview followed by an in-person panel interview. I was told I was going to hear back within a week and didn't hear back for more than two weeks and only when I prompted them for an answer.

I had an initial phone call with a recruiter who described the company in detail and answered a lot of my questions. He/she proceeded to send me a design test to see how I'd tackle an everyday work project. It didn't take long (4-5 hours) and I was given a weekend to complete it. Once I submitted I was invited to come onsite for a presentation. However as I'm based out of the Los Angeles area, the team was super considerate and allowed me to present it over Skype! I spoke with a panel of people I'd be working with as well as the creative director. All my interviewers were super friendly and responded to my inquiries promptly!
