Entretien
Submit resume/CV and then selected to do a project to prove design skills. The project has to be turned around in 5 days and includes design boards, a source list, and a "note" to your pretend client.

Question 1
No real questions, just project. Had to pick a client and create a "design board" and floorplan for them, using Photoshop & Homstyler. Its basically exactly what you would do for a future client.
