Had an initial screening with external recruiter, then invited to an assessment day at the office with multiple tasks and a 1-2-1 interview. A fair few other people were at the assessment. It was well organised. Then an offer through the recruiter

Standard HR interview followed by an interview with the account lead. She was very passionate about the brand & well-spoken. I just overall thought the account / type of work wasn't for me.
