The interview falls into 3 stages. The first stage is conducted by the management (CPO) to find out about my interest in the company, my working experience, as well as a discussion to understand the industry better. Followed by the second stage which is a technical test to assess my skillset and experience in software development. Lastly, is another interview round with the Engineering Team Lead and CTO to discuss my relevant experiences in software development, technologies used as well as challenges faced and how I solved it.
