The hiring manager shown zero respect throughout the interview: * Often on the move, and saying hi to everyone like walking down the hall of fame. * At one point, he threw a question asking me to recall the story of a challenging deal, at the same time, he walked out of the camera to "grab a coffee" but I shall continue talking. * The questions were random and appear to be improvised during his "busy morning" rather than a "prepared" interview. p.s. the recruiter reached out 2 mths ago then went radio-silence before coming back again - also completely random.
