The first step after application is a phone/virtual screening for 20 minutes. After this you are asked to schedule two one-hour interviews. However, I did not get past the phone screening because it was not a good fit. Overall, the interviewer was kind and put my mind at ease. It definitely felt more like a conversation than a phone screening.
