The interview process is chaotic and you need to really chase people. I applied for a job in August, had no less than 10 rounds of interviews, and did not receive an offer until mid November. The interviews are also very surface level and repetitive, as you are saying essentially the same thing but to different team members. Its really not worth it unless you are applying for a very high level position

The first round of interviews consisted of a one way video recording. I was asked to answer several complex questions, the answer was limited to being 90 seconds in length, and I was informed that redoing a recorded answer would potentially be penalized.
