J'ai passé un entretien chez Harrods (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
While the application process is very long, my primary concerns arose during the interview itself.
The interview was poorly structured and poorly conducted, with constant changes in style and questions, creating a sense of disorientation. Additionally, I observed a lack of knowledge among the interviewers regarding crucial aspects of the job, which led to interruptions during my responses. I felt there was a consistent challenge or disagreement with my answers, creating an unsettling experience.
Moreover, a significant portion of the questions did not align with the role's description, creating a disconnect in the assessment process. It seemed that the interview lacked alignment with the expectations outlined for the position.

It was very smooth and explanatory. The interviewer was clear and asked the right questions. They followed up with the results soon. They explained what the job entails precisely. Only they never gave a reason why it wasn’t successful.
