      Entretien

They made me fool [At the end I realized the truth] Got a call from one consultancy named “HR Tree” [just like a government office approach – need to make calls to them] and scheduled this interview. I applied the leave and was ready to attend this. But the day of this interview they postponed to another day. Next week again I took leave and attended the interview with a lady HR. She introduced one assistant too [Felt he doesn’t like my entry]. This HR was very much interested in my profile and started with the whole job descriptions which I am going to do in future with this company. She asked me to wait, to meet the “IR”. I said ok, but this fellow was not available and said to meet him on next week. I came again to go for a 2nd round. This fellow was sitting in HR Cabin and both of them interviewed me and they made me to explain the job responsibilities which I am supposed to do after join. IR was surprised with my spoken language and asked about my Educational backgrounds too and HR said I am very much interested in your personality and profile. Confirmed the date of join [Forced me to break the 1 month notice period]. My expectations were more with this 2nd round and said me to meet “Chief Executive” before join. I was searching in online to get the details of this person, and then I got few things. Took leave again, went with great expectations. In between I met the assistant of the HR and he informed me that, they are struggling to pay the salary of their employees [by face & approach this person is not reliable].After a long waiting time [3.5 hours], I met the great Chief Executive. First look onwards I surprised he is a blind fan of Tamil Supper star “Rajinikanth”. Full dressing and other costume’s [2 shirt buttons are open and hanging short chain with designer locket] is just like Padayappa Rajinikanth style. He made me to wait again in his cabin. I was just turning around my head and saw many strange things in that cabin, in those 2 photos of him in Rejini’s style. Then he started with interview – Not looking to face – Not asking the general details – started to read the interview forms [1st task – took half hour to complete] then asked about my family and some useless questions regarding my job. Finally he replayed me in Tamil slang English – your spoken language is not good so how can you do the job? I was surprised with his comment since his English was pathetic. . ! [Still I don’t understand how these guys are getting in to such top positions in a reputed company?]
