Four Step process starting with intro interview, model test, panel with multiple people/cross department, and final interview. Model was not very difficult and was under 2 hours. If you can build a simple DCF and amortization table, you will be able to pass. The panels will ask about prior experience, interest in alternatives, and walking through resume. May ask a few technical questions but a strong story will help navigate the process. Be well versed in any market data you know when answering questions ad show your analytical abilities

So... It went really bad —interviewer showed up like 30 minutes late and the software they used didn’t work properly. It was a strange and not well coordinated interview. So yes not a good look.
