I applied for a Bagger position 3 days before the interview. It only took 2 days after applying to receive a phone call from the store's manager to come in for the interview. When I went, I was asked no questions that are usually asked at other interviews. My manager was impressed with my availability (Mond-Sat., Morning to evening) and mentioned that I'm not limited to being a bagger; cashier positions were open, too and she said that I could move up to become one at some point. She mentioned pay ($9.10/hr), what my schedule could possibly be like (8 or 9 am to 8pm--which is earlier than I thought but more hours than my previous job!); a 4 hour training I will have to attend later and a 10 hour computer module i will have to complete. The manager also stated a drug check will be taken AFTER I start working (withing 90 days). The whole process was terrific and I can't wait to start!

Quick, basic interview questions, dress nicely, come prepared. Brief tour afterwards. Yes that is it for the interview questions have a good day sir. Also did you know it’s raining right now wow it is!
Normal interview. Strengths, weaknesses, job experience, etc. What is most important to you/the job, etc. Where do you see yourself in X years, etc. The person interviewing me was eventually fired for drinking on the job and he did spend a good amount of time asking me how I (illegally) downloaded music because Limewire was giving his computer viruses.
2 interviews. Was over about three weeks. Basic interview questions and drug test. One-on-one interview with department manager. Not complicated and very straightforward process. Worked there for 3 years. they provide bonuses twice a year which is nice
