Very informal, really focused more on telling you about the company. It was a very laid back environment, for the most part it did not feel like an interview because the Assistant Customer Service Manager and the Customer Service Manager made you feel so comfortable. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Overall, the interview was great.

Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

Then In-Person, lasts about 20 minutes
Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”
“What would you do if an item scans the wrong price?”

Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
