When I was interviewed, I was sitting at a table of ten people. VERY intimidating and they ask you questions that make you nervous to answer. It's all about how much pressure you can handle. I did not have a problem with that.

It was an interview with 3 managers. It was pretty laid back. Focusing on my resume and focusing on work history. As long as you have experience within the position at hand you should be fine. The only thing intimidating was three managers.
