Interview process was unexpected. You are interviewed by the Director he asks questions related to the job but also asks alot of questions not related to the job.

I was interviewed by 2 supervisors, majority of the questions were behavioral (testing company fit). The second interview I met with the director along with the supervisor from the first interview. I was asked to inform them about myself and expand on my past work and college experiences.
