After connecting over the years we were able to chat again. After the HR screen, submitting times for HM / Peer round (as requested) and following up multiple times (what it looks like is a common theme at Harness), I was ghosted. Knowing a few past employees, I reached out after this happening a few times, and most honest reviews are indeed accurate as well. The culture has degraded to extreme toxicity, low WLB and no value (of the company values). Please save some time, and use your energy to apply at companies that respect your time, effort and talents.
