Lengthy process. Took several weeks. First a phone interview and various screenings. Then tests and a series of in-person interviews with various people (and all this when I already had been working in the job as a contractor for a period of time). While the process was long and tedious, I felt that the HR representatives were very considerate and helpful. Everyone was respectful and kind.

Question 1
In particular, they asked about mechanical and technical skills. They asked about my general history and experience with skills for the job. Standard stuff. There wasn't any trickery or gameplaying. It was productive and straightforward.
