Ask about sales experience and customer service background. They will teach you about the bikes and everything you need to know. Very easy going atmosphere and the hiring manager was very laid back and fun to talk to.

Applied online, contacted the next morning for an interview. First in person interview was about background and why I wanted to be in sales. Called for second round and filled out paperwork to become employed.
