Interview was conducted by two managers in the Operations department (not your future manager). As it was done via Covid, it was done remotely over teams. Interview was about an hour long with your standard interview questions.

Entretien
took around 50 minutes on microsoft teams, there is two interviewer, one on screen and one off screen (to take notes). 8 competency and scenario based questions all depending on your job descriptions and requirements. At the end of the interview they asked me to define 8 words that they have given me.

Tell me about a time where you have had to deal with confronting your superior.
First invited to an online assessment (attention to detail test) which was over zoom with the other applicants. Very easy and straightforward test.
