J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Harbor Freight Tools en juil. 2014
Entretien
Started with a phone interview with an HR representative and then a phone interview with a regional manager. Third step was a face to face with the regional manager. Interview was very focused on Leadership Style and how you delivered results. Needed to be prepared to give specific examples to back up what you were saying.

Multiple interviews, all about following their process, you are to do as directed, they are successful don't need innovators. Internal growth huge focus. Poor follow up and no structure to the interview process. The recruiter was the best part of the experience.

Strangest interview I have ever been through. The interviewer was distant and cold. He seemed distracted. Asked 5 vague questions while looking off into the distance. Not conversational at all. Total opposite from the conversation with the recruiter who was awesome. When I asked questions, he really didn’t give clear answers. Did not click at all. Did learn some valuable insights on how NOT the to conduct an interview. Weird thing is the interviewer wanted to be a connection on LinkedIn. Lol.

Question 1
I didn’t look at your resume before the interview. Can you tell me about your work history?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Harbor Freight Tools (New York, NY) en nov. 2017

Lots of interviews which is to be expected. What was negative is the large lag between one interview to the next. You are not told if you made it to the next round. The only interview that really matters is with the EVP or retail. He basically decides within a few minutes if you are the right person. Again after interviewing with him, I spent 3 weeks of follow up calls and emails and nobody could tell me if I made it. Feedback at the end was non informational.. I spent 9 weeks and nothing came out of it. By far the most frustrating experience I have had.
