I found the whole process very unprofessional. Interview was for cashier but offer letter sent via email was for a Retail sales associate

Interview was for cashier for less than 5 minutes. A few days later I received an offer letter via email for a RETAIL SALES ASSOC postion at $8.00 / hr letting me know my start day was two days after the posted date of the email . I received with the offer. On the day of I was supposed to start the manager called to see whether I had received the letter.

Very easy. Was asked a few questions about prior work experience and problems that I have worked through with a team. Very satisfying experience and I am excited to begin a career with this company.

What is a problem that you’ve worked through with a team?
It was wonderful i totally hit it off with the manager .He is such a nice guy. First he explained what the job entailed. He also explained my responsibilities . He also told my about all of the perks of the job.
