The interview included technical questions as well as personal inquiries. One of the interviewers asked about my age and place of origin (she was unfamiliar with the European country I'm from), and then proceeded to communicate with me in a rather impolite manner, as if she considered herself superior. Essentially, I experienced discrimination during the interview based on my age and nationality. If this is reflective of their interview approach, one can only imagine the work environment there. I strongly advise against considering this company for application. It was probably the most unpleasant interview I've ever had.

How old are you? Where are you from? How many years of experience do you have in email marketing?
They approached me on LinkedIn, and I submitted my CV. I didn't get to interview with a human, but I got an invitation to the assessment centre with a personality test, and I had to record a video explaining why I was good for the role. I went out of my way to complete this quickly, as they had asked. I then didn't hear back for weeks and weeks and kept getting emails from LinkedIn asking me to apply for the role.
I contacted them and was told the job was now on hold. A week later, I received an automated message from the online test centre saying I wasn't successful at this time. Overall, I feel like they wasted my time.
