Had trouble submitting the application online, so I had to reach out to them via DMs on LinkedIn. They were very friendly and helpful. I completed a few short writing assignments for them and then had a virtual interview. They unfortunately decided to go with someone else, but they reached out and told me so, and offered to keep me in mind for future freelance work and future positions (Which was much appreciated. )
