5 rounds
1st Round - HR recruiter interview, quick overview of the job role and check on your experience
2nd Round - writing prompt to demonstrate written skills and knowledge of the industry/field
3rd Round - panel interview with direct manager and a team member of the same department, mostly about technical stuff and job experience
4th Round - round robin interview with my manager’s boss and other team members of different departments but will be working closely with, mostly behavioral type questions and see if you fit the culture and get along with everyone
5th Round - follow-up interview with direct manager, more behavioral and personality type questions
From first contact to final round, it took 1 month, and then got the offer within a few days after the final interview. Overall structured process and pleased with how it went. Definitely keep applying to other jobs as success is never guaranteed no matter what round you reach.
