Initial telephone interview with a recruiter: Discussed my background and interest in the company for about 20-30 minutes. Invited for an onsite interview: Met with five people for individual interviews spanning about 3 hours long. Asked me standard questions. Everyone was friendly but I felt that one of the interviewers was a bit aggressive in asking questions - not sure if it was an interview tactic. Recruiter was excellent at providing me with timing on next steps up until the final decision. After the onsite interview, I felt like I just fell off their radar so I had to follow-up a couple of times. I was disappointed with the follow through on the company's end.
