J'ai passé un entretien chez Hapag-Lloyd (Atlanta, GA) en avr. 2025
Entretien
I applied online for the HRG role and received a phone call from the recruiter a few days later. During the call, I was asked three questions: if I knew the location of their offices, whether I was comfortable with the commute, and if the salary range they provided was within my expectations. After successfully answering these questions, the recruiter immediately informed me that I would need to take and pass a personality assessment test to proceed in the hiring process. However, it's been proven that personality tests are biased against certain individuals, and many employers have stopped using them altogether. As a result, I decided not to take the assessment and chose to pursue opportunities with another organization that values my background, experience, degrees, and certifications as qualifications for hiring. In addition, after reading other reviews, there seems to be numerous multiple steps in the hiring process with Hapag -Llyod even after taking and passing the assessment,

To get through to the interview process you do have to pass a cognitive test. After passing there is an initial interview, and then if the first interviewer sees potential there is a second interview after that! So far I have had my second interview, and am waiting to hear back from the employer with their decision on whether they’d look to mover forward with me in this process or not.
