Three part process. Phone interview with recruiter was part 1. One on one interview with a manager was part 2. A three hour interview with three different employees was part 3. All three parts were relatively simple

They ask basic situational questions. Describe a time when... How do you react when... What would you do if... Also asked me about their company what I expected what they would expect out of me.
