Whole process was a bit bizarre and drawn out- approached on LinkedIn for a call of which I had 3, one with the CEO directly which all seemed to lead to nowhere. I was then asked to come in for an interview (at this stage I thought ok great a formal process) but this turned into multiple times with no clear direction as to what stage this was. The whole thing felt very much like whatever they felt like doing. One of the times I was asked to come in was after 6pm and took 2 hours of casual chats asking me what my star sign was. Just an odd experience.
