An initial phone call, followed by a virtual interview, and then an in-person interview. There were a few red flags for me: -The person that I'm assuming was the recruiter (never got confirmation) was not very responsive with scheduling or with her follow-ups -The hiring manager that I had my virtual interview did not know the salary range budgeted for this role -There seemed to be no one in the office during my in-person interview on one of their in-office days (though I was not given a tour of the office) -Through my conversations and learning more about the role, it seemed that the title and responsibilities were misaligned. I believe a title that would have been more fitting is Jr Account Executive rather than a Project Manager (someone who would be assisting the lead AE with client communications and organization).
