Initial interview with HR was typical Followed by an interview with department manager. After a week I was invited back for a round of panel interviews with the other groups in the company. There were technical difficulties on their end in the beginning so I couldn't hear them talking and the second panel didn't know they were interviewing me. At the end of the 2.5 he round of interviews, HR didn't know what they would be able to offer for the position.

Hiring manager had a phone screen for the first round. VP of Biotheraputics and hiring manager would host for a zoom call for the second round (final round). Zoom call was a 1-2 hr research background presentation and QA session.
