I was contact by HR for an initial interview/conversation and explained how the onboarding process would work should I be selected. I was then contacted by a peer, (another director in the same vertical), for a one on one interview. Next was a call with the Chief Strategy Officer, followed up by a panel call with the c-suite. My offer came very shortly after that. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
