I applied online and received an offer for a phone screen 3 days later. The phone screen was very straight forward and consisted more of giving me information about Hanover than asking questions. The next day I was invited to complete an assessment. The assessment consisted of data cleaning, analysis, and a ~7 page written report. They said it takes about 8 hours to complete, I would guess it took me more like 12-14. I was contacted 3 days later to schedule back to back interviews with members of the quantitative education team. The interview was very technical and asked a lot of detailed questions about the statistical methods in my paper, how I would interpret different findings, and how I would clean a dataset. I received an offer about 2.5 weeks later. While I ultimately declined the offer, the interview process with Hanover was one of the quickest, most organized, and most professional processes I have been a part of. The HR representative that handled the process was wonderful and very communicative throughout.
