Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience during the interview process. I agree that the process made a poor use of your time and I have passed this feedback on to the hiring teams so that they do not request unnecessary steps from other candidates moving forward. I really encourage you to share your concerns directly with your recruiter so that she can also pass this on to the hiring teams. As a general policy, we are unable to provide feedback to any candidate or applicant regarding our decisions to extend offers or not. This is a common practice and not specific to Hanover.
